Printing on envelopes on an SP C440DN

Customer has selected this machine for the soul purpose of it ability to print envelopes from all trays.
Unfortunately I am not having any success in getting it to print the Com10 size from the tray 1 or 2.
has anyone experienced this before?

I would suggest that's a bad decision on their part.
All I know is that it's clearly stated in the brochure that the paper trays only support Letter and Legal size.

There are a few models that can print envelopes from a paper tray. Usually it is only from tray 2 and there are a couple of other restrictions.

The product support guide says that all trays are capable of Com10 envelopes.

Yes and the product support guide for the MP C6502 says that the waste toner bottle will go 125K. You are lucky to get 16K before they fill up.

There are a few models that can print envelopes from a paper tray. Usually it is only from tray 2 and there are a couple of other restrictions.

And you have to buy a special cassette designed for envelope feeding.The lift plate spring pressure and the side guides are different. Also, putting more than 20 in at a time even with the envelope feeder normally does not work.
