Unoriginal toner is the root of all evil.

You messed it up trying to save a few buck, now you're facing a couple of thousands dollar repair...

You are possibly getting one of two problems.
      1. Toner has different fusing properties and you are getting fusing offset. Likely hood is increased if the fusing unit is past due for a rebuild. If it is past due, rebuild the fusing unit. You can also try increasing or lowering the fusing temperature by 5 degrees.
      2. PCU cleaning blade is not completely removing excess toner from drum. Again, if the PCU or DVU is past due replacement, you need to replace it. If and only if it is not past due, you can try lowering the toner concentrate it the DVU and increasing the ITB transfer current. See the attached, this procedure is best done on a machine that is not due any maintenance.

think that is the most suitable solution , use only original toner in order to avoid problems

Why is that? Because you caused the issue yourself trying to save a buck by supplying and/ or installing inferior products, and you're not willing to admit it to the customer and fix the problem at your expense?

          Edit:
I wonder.......is this all a result of you choosing to refill the cartridge with your K1 toner? Because after-all...toner is just toner, right?
          Brilliant!

You said "I know changing the toner will solve the problem "..........but if the DV unit and PCU are now contaminated.....might be necessary to replace the PCU and dv unit now to resolve the issue. That being said, don't waste your time.............replace that toner with OEM toner and run a bunch of copies. If you are very lucky, the cq issue may gradually resolve itself. If not, get ready to buy those parts.

                .......??????
How to clean out wrong/non-OEM toner out of a Dev unit --as a temporary get going fix only.

Dump the contaminated developer into a good quality calico material/cloth bag, seal the top of the bag with zip-ties.
Using a good quality 3-stage vacuum cleaner, lay the bag on a table and vacuum round the "OUTSIDE OF THE BAG", while shaking the bag random.

Do not!, place the vacuum cleaner nozzle inside the bag. Place the revived developer back into the dev unit an add toner as usual in SP mode.
You will need to vacuum out the toner pumps , tubes and toner units, and clean Drum and ITB blades.
Relube Drum and ITB blades with OEM Toner.

"""Replace the developer and toner with the correct OEM materials as soon as possible.""""

I could show another method for getting contaminated developer absolutely clean but this is an open forum.

You can also just dump the old developer and replace it with new. You will need to completely clean the development unit and toner supply system. Part numbers for the devfelopers can be found in the Accessories portion of the Parts Catalog.

This takes care of it. I have had to clean out contaminated toner a few times on a couple of different models. Using a high coverage original with colors affected, run a ream through it afterwards.

Many Thanks for your replay ,the original toner is very expensive here in my country and i'm very caring to use the original toner but some customer need to less the cost so i tried the Type K1 original toner mr "sandmanmac" i know the toner is not just a toner i have 8 year experience in that field and the printing result was attached in that replay ,but i believe in something " The real maintenance man is who fix the problem not changing the part that contain the problem " and your suppose is wrong i said to my customer we will test this toner that cost less upon his demand and i will fix the problem at my expense!! and fixing the problem is very easy just replacing the toner with the original one and pumping the left part from the pump and printing some black paper that's it , i just want to find an original alternative after making some changing in machine currents and charging i ask for that changes
                      thanks alot

No idea beside trying different fuser temps in case the repeating pattern matches the fuser belt lenght. In case you feel the need to stick with non OEM stuff I'd get in touch with the company you bought it - perhaps they do some support/adjustment tips or at least refunds^^
