I've seen something like that from non Ricoh toner and also from weird paper. Although in my case there was toner build up on the fusing belt and offset printing from that. I don't see any offset printing in the pictures, so I'm not sure.
I guess you could try using a heavier paper setting and see if that would help.
Are you using a compatible toner or an after market toner? If you are, it may not have the same fusing characteristics as Genuine Ricoh.
Print the non-default report and check that all fusing setting and motor speeds are at default. If not, set them to default.
Good call. Also, is this standard, uncoated 80 gsm paper running as plain paper in the tray? These machines are very fussy when it comes to paper weight and type - you need to be sure that it's set correctly for the stock used. Remember that the UPPER weight limit for plain paper on this model is 81gsm and it will offset 90gsm on a run if it's set up as plain.
Finally, any error codes, particularly on warm up? I've seen a failure of one side of the 'dual' fuser lamp where the machine can mostly make it to warm up but struggle to supply enough heat for a copy run. A quick check with your meter will rule this out.
How did you fix it?
When you come to the forums and ask for help the POLITE thing to do is post up how you resolved an issue.
A lot of techs gave advice and I'm sure they'd be happy to know if they helped.

As Zootech put it in a previous thread "Hit-And-Run" ,an I chimed in with "Expert/End users" which I thought the acronym "HARE's" fit the purpose and facts rather appropriately...
Yes it's a tad disappointing when there is no resolve to the post.
