    Pro1107 with SC230

    Hello gang.

First of all, I'm using tapatalk, so if any word seems out of place, blame autocorrect.

I'm checking a 1107 with sc230 apparently random. It happens during print or copy jobs and if I turn off auto-reboot, the machine will keep spitting blank pages while showing the error.

Replaced Bicu and polygon motor (I know the service manual doesn't mention it, but it mentions laser, so why not?) without results.

I'm thinking a bad cable behind the bicu (connecting it to the iob), but I'd like to know other opinions on this.

    Cheers!

We had about 6 MP 6002s and MP 7502s at a school last year with the very same issue.

Turned out to be wall voltage. I think it may have had a lot of noise on it, as the monitor we put in place showed no highs or lows, although it was a cheap monitor.

The 01 series machines that we upgraded from never had any issues. That was the real head scratcher.

It was out in the sticks, and there was a factory across the street that was messing the power up.
