hey;
when i try to enter a new user in the address book througt the WIM, i got an error that i can't add.This happends only when I'm in the WIM, otherways when you go to the machine you can enter user as long as you can in the address book.Will SP 5846 050 or SP 5846 047 help me ?

Any machine management or authentication set up on the machine? Anyone else logged in? I'd also suggest logging in from a different pc/browser before ram clearing anything.
