I'm new to this forum and looking for some help with a copier.
I have a MP3351 that was recently shipped, the toner was taken out for shipping. I have blown off all around the fuser, drum and transfer roller and install a new toner. Where I print it does not print the top of the page. The counter is about 213,000. It's not make very dark copies ether, even if you turn the density all the way up. Can anyone give me a suggestion on where to start looking for the problem?
