Lack of proper maintenance. The image you attached looks like the black PCU (drum unit) needs to be replaced. You may also need to replace the ITB cleaning unit. Once you have you have replaced everything that is beyond recommended PM count, clean the ID sensor assembly and run Auto Color Registration in User Tools -- Maintenance.

You have simple copy quality problems (if you have ANY common sense at all), yet you begin swapping circuitry before checking/servicing consumables.
      Unbelievable!

Get your service manel out, find the sp mode number and do a forced line correction that should sort it.

I guess it is non original toner problem

Going on the assumption that the meter sheet shown is from the machine in question. If that is the case, nothing should be due for replacement.

The lines go all the way to the edges and also top and bottom (IE, no erase). Guessing this isn't flat out a laser issue, although laser alignment might be part of it.

Also guessing this isn't a transfer issue between the belt and the paper.

Bob may be on track by asking about the toner in this case, although I have not seen anything like that.

I would certainly be interested in what fixes it for sure.

Paper Feed direction: SEF or LEF? I'm guessing it is a problem with the Black Charge Roller - replace the Black PCU. Then try your color calibration AFTER you replace the PCU - nothing will pass color registration looking like this.

If the paper is SEF, the line could definitely be dirty black charge roller or bad black drum cleaning blade. If it was ITB, ITB cleaning unit, PTR, laser or fusing, it would at least one color(laser) or all the colors as well. What is so hard about swapping the drum unit with another machine and seeing if the problem moves with it?

Nevermind the counters.....This machine is going on 10 years old, the drum cleaning blade(s) will be as yellow and brittle as my Great Grandma's teeth.
As for the void.... when the drum isn't being cleaned, the 'void' setting is irrelevant.
This is not a compatible toner issue.

                      Hi All,

The faulty mpc3000 already exchange with another unit for my customer and send back office. At office, we exchange all PCU Units, ITB Unit to another MPC 3000 for testing about a week. Both MPC 3000 no problem at all now. color regis ok, no black lines as the sample image.

Problems look like no more, but what is the cause? thanks slimslob

Something causes a charge problem or a ground connection failure.
Did this problem occurs after an intervention, after the client replaced toner, after a current failure...?
Or it just poped up "out of the bleu"?
Does the client have current issues?
Might be a solution: Remove all connectors and put them back in...
The problem might be in the board that triggers the image.
