    Aficio MP C3300

    Hello

I mainly work on the Toshiba line but the boss just brought in the Richo and I am at a loss. I would appreciate any help.

The copier is forced to duplex. There is no option for single sided coping on the screen. I have the book and have not been able to find the setting. Can anyone give me some direction.

    Thank you in advance

This is user manual stuff, so that's where you should be looking.
You simply need to select/deselect the features you want as default, then program as 'default'.

you can restore to factory default settings by open user tools / counter hard key
then press (#)hard key and (copier features) on lcd panel key at the same time.

        Thank you for the replies.

I have tried both and the single sided option is not available on the screen. Is there a place where single sided coping is disabled that I need to change?

The copier should be set to single sided as default
and the double sided option select -able in screen

to reset defaults goto user tools hold down the # key and touch copier/doc server box in screen
this will then ask if you want to reset to defaults

if the dsided options are not available on screen it may be the hdd is faulty or missing

No "single sided option"! You simply deselect double-sided

Double sided is the default from the factory, just deselect it and set as default.

Now I feel like a fool. On the Toshiba's there is both a selection for single to single each of the other options. I never thought to just turn off the double sided.
