    Microsoft OneDrive

    Hi,

I have a customer who wants to use GlobalScan to scan to Micro$oft OneDrive.

    Has anyone tried this yet?

    Thanks!

    Re: Microsoft OneDrive

I must admit, I have ZERO experience with Global Scan, and have no idea of it's capabilities, so I'm probably speaking out of turn here, but is there really any difference scanning to OneDrive vs. any other folder(s), regardless of the method? Afterall, it's just a folder on a Server/ PC, that's automatically backed up to the cloud
I do simple SMB scanning to my OneDrive folder, just so I have easy access to the files anywhere I go.
Again, my apologies if I'm way off base

      Re: Microsoft OneDrive

I'm quite familiar with GlobalScan, but totally new to OneDrive.

i installed it on mp PC and iPad today, and it works quite well.

Im getting the impression, though, that the customer wants to scan directly to the cloud component of OneDrive, and not the UNC share.

It could be they only want to access the scans from mobile devices, and not workstations.

I should find out more tomorow.

      Thankz.
