Aficio 350 sc304

I replaced ID sensor executed 3001 2 with no result.
I replaced charge roller and drum unit with (kept opc drum and blade from the old) with no result.
Any idea?

Does the error code go away and come back after/during warm up or does it come up right away without any warmup?
If it comes back right away without any warmup, you might need to enter sp mode and turn off the machine while in sp mode, to reset the error code.

Other ideas, conductive grease on the ends of the charge roller?
Adjust drum charge roller voltage back to default setting after replacing the drum. sim 2-001-1 (I don't know the default setting)
or maybe the id sensor voltage setting sim 2-001-2

Please note the entry date. Your best bet is to replace it iwth something a few models newer. This machine was introduced in June of 1998. Production wa discontinued in May of 2000. Termination of Field Support date was May 2002. Final Month of Assured Parts Availability was April 2007.

That "classic" used it's own toner type back in the day. Possible you have a newer version toner in it and it mucked up the works,

I remember those - they were the dirtiest toner pigs I've ever seen. Did you check the ground straps for good contact?
