    [Jamming] Ricoh AF MPC2051

    Got a call today for a J002 jam code for a Ricoh Aficio MP C2051. The only thing is looking in the manual, there is no J002 as it skips from J001 - J003. Also google and searching on copytech turns up nothing.
    Does anyone have any experience with a J002 code? I have not put my hands on the machine yet, I would like to be prepared beforehand and I thought this was very odd.

      I think the customer may have misread the code when placing the call, I've never seen a jam 002 code either.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          You are the winner! Checked the machine myself it turns out it was a J020.
