Hey all,
I am working on a previously used machine where the Supervisor password had been changed. This discovered after end user could not web into device.
Not sure if previous owners had HDD Encryption or Data Overwrite Security installed.
I know I have to replace the NVRAM to fix this and I have easily found the PN for the controller NVRAM: D023 9590.
Does the BICU NVRAM need to be replaced as well? I can only find the BICU PCB listed in the Parts Manual, no NVRAM.
