My ricoh MPC5000 not detect the cyan toner, when i put a the toner manually it work for 200 copy.
I want help if some one can send me the docs.

Agree with Sandman. Order and replace Cyan pump part# D029-3223. Those fail a lot. Especially if customer uses aftermarket toner. Replace it and stick to using oem supplies.
