anyone come across a dead mpc305 we are going back with a power supply and main swt any input welcome ( I wish all mpc305 were dead)

My wish too.

haven't got any dead psu yet, so my guess is controller failures got pleanty of these.

be carefull when installing the psu unit, it's so easy to accidentally pull out the power switch harness. You can move the connector from it's normally position to give some slack. Its a pain in the butt to discover you pulled the connection when the entire maschine is assembled.
