[Error Code] Ricoh @Remote Appliance Errors

Was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction or explain the 'Appliance Errors' received by @Remote.

We get these from time to time and tend to just ignore them, but we are focusing our attention on @Remote a lot more these days and I'm looking to understand these errors and the potential effect they can have.

The Service manual for the appliance doesn't even reference the errors I receive. I have listed some of the errors we get on a regular basis:
    • SC700
    • SC900

I cant find any reference to these anywhere online or through the manuals.

They are machine errors being reported. When the MFP encounters a SC error, a notification is sent to @Remote and a service should be generated. SC700 is an accessory error. SC 900 is the mechanical counter being disconnected. Usually occurs during a service call and means "Hey dummy, you forgot to reconnect the counter." I always just reconnect the counter.

The notification is showing the Serial Number of the @Remote appliance not the MFD having the error. That's why I'm thinking they aren't MFD error codes, for example:

1.Customer Name / ID: "Company Name"
      2.Appliance Administrator Name:
      3.Customer address:
      4.Customer phone number:
5.Model name: Remote Communication Gate A
      6.Error code: 700
      7.Receive date and time: 10/27/2015 18:16:27(MM/dd/yyyy HH:mm:ss)
      8.Appliance S/N: V780120****

The link just opens the GUI interface. Doesn't take to you the relevant Appliance or Device.

We get MFD errors through in a different format usually anyway, hence why I thought these errors relate to the Appliance not the MFD's.
