Hey everyone,
I went to the first one of these that I have seen today and faced this situation. Customer said they had a jam and removed the drum\toner cartridges to remove the jam and when they put it back in and closed the cover they got this message. I don't see anything obvious wrong. All the contacts look ok. I tried a new toner cartridge with no change. I've ordered a new drum unit and bcu pwb per Ricoh tech. Has anyone had this issue before? Any suggestions appreciated.
