Ricoh MP C4501 SC 991

Greetings,

I have a Ricoh MPC4501 that keeps giving a SC-991, I have already replaced the entire Print controller from another unit, but still get this error, I have loaded the current Firmware but still the error remains.

has anyone had this error ?

any help would be greatly appriciated.

First try reloading ALL firmware. Next replace the memory. If the problem still occurs, try the NVram.
