Priport DD4450 problem

The machine have 2 problems :
-The master gets shrunken on cilinder(in the middle) after 50-100 pages.
-On the back of the paper is starting to make small arrows and continues with larges ones.
The gaps are normal, the master is ok on cilinder first prints, the master is not slippering from cilinder.
I think the problem is on the exit pawl, but after checking , the gaps are normal.
The machine have 400k prints only, nothing was changed on the machine.

Pressure roller touches the cylinder with leaking ink so you need to clean the whole cylinder.
