i want to enter in sp mode i use c-yelow 107 c and machine beep e wont enter ,some ideas

You have to hold the Clear key down for about 6 seconds, until the SP menu comes up.

i know how to enter but after 6 second machine beep and wont enter

It won't let you in if a print job is processing

Service access might be turned off by the administrator in user tools.

could be something wrong with ur operation panel . try with another one

Sometimes the "embedded" Java app will hang and it will take up to 10 minutes to allow service access. If you have the front door open when first turned on, as SOON as you get a "close door" msg. try to key in the reset, 107 clr. I've had to do that on occasion.

Go into your screen calibration menu to test all the hard key buttons 1993 or try accessing via factory mode. I had a dodgy 7 once
