Hi all, customer has about 12 machines, different models on site. Problem is only occurring on just one MP 301.
One day IT guy tried to access its address book remotely to add new users. After login, click on address book and after a few seconds it said error (I cant remember exactly what the message was). So you don't even have the chance to click add user or anything it doesn't have time to load up the address book properly. Tried using different browsers and different PCs all the same result.
You can do it manually on the copier itself with no problems it's only using WIM where the problem happens. I cleared NCS and re input network settings, with fixed IP not on DNS. No difference.
Other than new firmware does anybody have any tips to try when I go there?
