I set up a refurbished mpc 4500 several weeks back, everything was fine.
Last week I got called that it was not printing faxes, or fax confirmations. The memory shows 89%.
I believe I have tried all the basics, but feel free to refresh me or question me to see if I have tried it yet.
I have even swapped the harddrives out from another working machine.
I have as yet to see an error message. The owner says he say a message come up once but didn't write it down.
I have cleared the fax memeory and still shows 89%, and to make things more interesting.
you turn machine off then on and it prints a received fax. The same 4 pages each and every time you turn machine off and on.
I could use any suggestion right now.
