Due to the feeding out speed of the the stapled bundle, the paper is catching wind on the rear L.E. of that bundle
=> sometimes dog ear => get caught between a paper guide => get twisted =>jams in the exit...

Try adjusting the jogger fence in SP mode 6. Make as wide as possible to see if it makes a difference then fine tune.
