Can you enter service mode in that condition? If HDD was new and replaced think it will be your controller

SC 992 is an undefined service error, does not match any known service error. Cycle power and reload ALL firmware. Use module firmware and not package as package often only updates the modules that are not current and does not reload modules that are already current.

if you haven't tried it yet try the power supply - hdd, controller, polygon motor & pcb, bicu, IPU swapped. PSU cured it.

a fuse was replaced on the PSU to get the machine Powered up but various error codes relating to controller errors etc.
