c9145 banding
Have a problem with bands on copies from a c9145. This only happens when making copies on the glass or through the doc feeder. Printing is fine and running smc report is fine as well. The banding runs from operator side to back side not lead edge to trail edge. I have replaced the whole optics cavity and the bicu the problem got less but still happening, replaced power supply and then would not stop with a 101 error, put old supply back so customer able to use for printing.
