[Misc] Can drum unit replacement message be reset on SP4510sf?

We have a brand new Ricoh SP 4510SF which has only 14,000 gone through it, yet it is wanting to replace drum unit. The drum unit is in great condition and is making clear prints.
Can it be reset for another 5-10k copies via SP menu?

I am also looking to change this setting. I have heard there is no way to change it since you cant access special service mode.

According to the Product Support Guide, if they are making a large percentage of one page jobs, the PCU life is reduced. Expected PCU life at 3 P/J is 20K, at 1P/J is 11K.

Does the machine still print? If so you can simply ignore the message. It's not like the machine is going to flee or start swearing at the users (I've never seen that anyway).
Er, maybe don't totally ignore the message. It might not hurt to get a new drum unit staged for that machine so that you can replace it when print defects actually occur.
