    416272 Envelope Feeder for an MP C4502...

    We just had a salesman sell a machine and it needs an Envelope feeder, but apparently they have been discontinued by Lanier (Ricoh). Is there anyone out there who may have a working unit (new or used) they might be willing sell?

          Since people don't usually use the words "Ricoh" and "envelope" in the same sentence without a lot of swearing and cursing, why not do yourself and the customer a great favor by telling the salesman that they are now totally unprocurable?
          Let the salesman sort his own mess out and the customer may not know it but they owe you lots for their sanity and low blood pressure.
          At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.
