Errorcodes495 and 101 appears.
I checed and cleaned toner recycling in drum unit, pump,replaced pump motor, checked and cleaned toner supply tube with no results. Also i noticed if imake one by one copies doesn't apper sc 495 (i made about 100 one by one copies).

Also sc 101 appears i replaced scanner sensor, checked cables are ok, lamp lights ok
Any idea.
Copies has made only 250 copies.

The best solution is to replace the entire machine. This model was introduced in May 2000. Ricoh has discontinued parts and service support years ago.

That said the SC 101 could be:

[SC101] - BICU PCB defective

[SC101] - check mirrors for damage and proper positioning

[SC101] - dirty white plate

[SC101] - fuse 1 03 open

[SC101] - lamp regulator defective

[SC101] - refer to tsb 034

[SC101] - SBU harness

SC 495 Indicates that the machine does not detect the toner recycle pump rotating. It could be a simple as a dirty or bad sensor or broken timing belt. It could also be a clogged pump. Disassemble and clean the entire pump. After cleaning check/clean/replace the tube that goes up to the front of the toner hopper. Check the small hose that goes down to the vibrator air pump. If it has tone in it, the diaphragm of the vibrator pump has ruptured and the only way to prevent the problem from returning is to replace it.

Sc 495 is the toner bottle unit error
Possible causes
*Toner supply pump motor defective
*Toner supply pump motor connector loose
*Toner supply coil clutch defective
* Toner supply coil clutch connector defective
* Toner near-end sensor (in the toner bank) defective
* Toner near-end sensor (in the toner bank) spring defective
* Toner blockage in the toner supply pump or toner supply path
* Toner hopper sensor defective

For the 495 error code, do you know if the waste toner system was updated years ago? For the Lanier version of that machine (5255) there are two bulletins about waste toner errors which required changing some parts.
As part numbers from Ricoh and Lanier were very different then, you would probably be better served by someone who knew the Ricoh part numbers.
As for the 101 error code, I'm not sure about that. You might check the white reference to see if it hasn't become too discolored.
While according to the information you've shared so far I don't think this is likely, the manual does say the SBU could cause the 101 error. You might check its connectors.

Not quite sure what happened here, but the diaphragm on the vibrator pump is a likely suspect. Man, this is an old machine.

Very old indeed. 99.9% of the time when we had a 495 we had to replace the toner recycling pump. If I remember right last time we tried to order one years ago they were no longer available.
