hi all

i have proplem with ricoh wide format mpw2401.. whene we mack copy or print any document from copmuter its give this proplem below:

1- ther is A survey on the paper from the top center of the paper to the midle

2-the paper exit with alittel of wrinkling

i do this action below and replace this part but the problem is not gone

1- replace (cleaning blade+ chatge corona unit+developer+hot roler +prusser roller+cleaning web hot roller

and i clean t\s sepearation + Lph

please help me to solve this problem

Is there any chance you could share a picture of what is happening?
If so, thanks!
If not, if the image on the paper has voids when it exits the machine you might want to check to make sure the wrinkling doesn't occur before the drum. But that is just a guess.
