[Error Code] Ricoh SP C311 sc542

I need to reset this error code. tried holding down up and down arrows for 5 sec then press enter/# key. Can't get in. I seem to remember there was something weird about this machine I had this problem about a year and a half ago. The other entry I found was hold down the escape and the online keys while you turn it on, there is no online key. I have to be missing something,anyone got a way in ??? Maybe a key on the keyboard is failing. HELP thank you

This model uses SOM (Smart Organizing Monitor). It is on the driver disk or you can download it from Ricoh. You obviously do not have a service manual or you have known this. Either that or you did not take the time to read it.
