We recently upgraded from a MP C2500 to a MP C5000 after the old one died!
The unit keeps paper jamming from Tray 3 just on the side compartment when it comes out the paper tray. We have tried different paper etc and it only seems to work reliably when setting the paper type to thick (even though it is 80gsm paper).
Tray 1 seems to lift the paper and then error saying paper jam but the paper doesn't even leave the tray.
I'm hoping it may just be a firmware update to fix?
These are the versions currently installed, does anyone know what the latest versions are?
