    mpc4503 sc240-01

    looking for some help here we have replaced the laser and the copier will power up and the copies are blank on a bw print but have some colour on a colour print
    the tec sad he followed the replacment in the manuale. the book said to now replace the ipu which we have ordered anyone had any laser probs on these machine as everything for these copiers cost a fortune

      The harness of the LD (BK) could be defective or the laser optics housing unit , replacing the IPU is the last step

              look at the PTR assy I have had some laser codes from a defective assy on other color boxes

                  Turned out to be the right hand mirror in the laser unit the mirror was out of position re set mirror all ok dont you just hate it when you get a duff new part
