Metis MPC4503 fuser lamp blowing

Anyone heard of the Metis machines CDE range blowing Fuser lamps or is it just a bad batch of sleeves only asking coz I've had one do 20 k over a few months then the lamp blew and I replaced it and it printed the smc ok but after a FW update it blew again always the one with the pink wire

Not unknown, I've had quite a few sleeves that had duff lamps straight out of the box.
