Hello, our 811DN jammed last night when printing on some thick glossy paper (the paper accordioned in the fuser). The printer threw a SC 529 error which led me to what I believe is Junction Gate 1.
I noticed that the gear on the end of the shaft looks like it has a piece that is broken/sheared off so the sensor can't detect that it is in the correct position; I assume this is what is causing my problem and that it needs to be replaced.
I can't find a part number for either the gear or the entire piece. Can someone please let me know what the part number is so I can search and order the replacement?
