    Ricoh 3500 Mac Printing Problem

    Hi,
    I can't get a Ricoh 3500, that will not print from a Mac OS 10.5.4 It will print in grayscale but just cant get it to print in color. Any suggestions? I'm not a mac person.

      Make sure you downloaded the color driver for the MPC3500 and not the MP3500. the second one is for the B/W version.

          we tried all three of the mac print drivers off the Ricoh website

              yes we did use the mpc3500

                  Are user codes needed to print in colour? Check the web interface of the device and check if there's anything in the job log listing a job and a status of Access Denied
