I have two or three of these left in my territory, so I don't do much to them and my service on them is pretty neglectful since I am trying to get the customers to upgrade the old rascals.
I know what SC390 means, and I have read the previous threads concerning this code. But I have a question.
I remember back when I serviced these machine on a regular basis, there was an SC code I would run across every now and then which would result from developer material getting way past its life cycle. I am thinking it was the SC390. I plan on going out to this call tomorrow and was wondering if I should take developer material with me ... or what else I might ought to take.
Appreciate any help.
