Ricoh MPW2400 Dlack line on the left side

Sirs, please help, I clean already the exposure glass and charge corona.
Still giving one single black line on the left side. I dont now what to do, please help

I've had issues like that on this model when the corona cleaner doesn't make it all the way back to home position. A picture would help.

Look for a scratch on the drum or a nick in the drum blade.

A little more information is necessary, we don't know if the line is from copying or printing. Is the line present when you print the meter page? If yes, the problem is most likely the drum cleaning blade. If no, the problem is most likely dirty optics. Did you clean the underside of the glass or cis? Even though it usually causes void lines it never hurts to clean the white plate either.

sir there is no line when i print meter count, i replace new drum even.

You need to reclean the scanner glass and white plate. Since it does not occur on an internal print, that takes a lot of components out of the picture.
