Mpc3260 - sc348

Hi,

my freight company dropped my MPC3260 off... a forklift.... !

Trying to get to the bottom of it's issues, and I come up with SC348, which I am guessing is drum related?

Anyone know what the code is for?

if is ricoh brand, problem was on toner supply mechanism ,toner motor lock or over load, sub toner hopper, powder pump overload this point you can check thers a bend on this unit the motor cannot turn it will show sc code 348, goodluck....

yup, definatley a bend! I'll have a go at un-bending it and report back! thanks
