                  I'm pretty sure you need memory card explorer to write files to the IC card, and I believe XP was the last OS it would work with. Trying to find the MCE program and an XP laptop with an IC card reader may be difficult.

                      i still have my ibm thinkpad T-42 WITH xp and that program,
                      i have to pull it from the cobwebs in the attic
