We have noticed a marked increase in the number of calls on this model for misfeeds from tray 1.
When the tech is at the call he cannot duplicate the error although the smc report shows the jam count.
Firmware is up to date.
The only thing that we can come up with is the nylon friction pads - as opposed to cork as on the models before.
Has anyone else come across this?
