    Pro C 901 fuser belt

    Hello,
I have this one tearing fusing belt every 100K.
Is it normal for this machine or I have problem?
I heard that these are designed to last 300-400K.

    Thank you

Certainly not normal, I have one C900 left in the field and I can get up to 200% (800k) from a fuser belt.

Something must be going back wrong. Are the bearings ok?

I agree with fatfingers, I can get way more than 400k on a 901 fuser belt depending on the media used. I would check all the bearings and the tension roller as well...

I agree with tension roller + springs and the little black cap things...
