OSX 10.11 El Capitan printing to RICOH MPC3003 without PostScript

Hi Guys

Is it possible to setup a Apple Mac El Capitan 10.11.3 to print to a RICOH MPC3003 without the PS option?

Setting it up through IPP and using the generic PCL driver just prints garbage.
