MP1100 with reocurring SC220

This one is giving me trouble,It all started with throwing SC 240,SC 966 and it hawe SC990 and SC991 written in history,now it shows CS 220 ocasionaly.
Tested it with LD,Polygon Motor,BCU and IOB from another machine and it still throws SC220 when powered on or when recovering from sleep mode,cycle off and on few times and it works.
I'we entered numbers on the side of LD in SP2115 001~009 ,inspected and cleaned LASER SYNCHRONIZATION DETECTOR but still no luck.
I'm starting to think it's related to drum quality even tho it's at 500k pages so far.
Any thoughts on this?

Thanks Neo,I forgot about the switches,I only applied more pressure on them and forgot about replacing them.

x2 on door switches for SC220 but if your getting SC240/966 that is usually the LD unit
