MP 5000 scan black / white

I have a issue scanning color document (scan to email) receive the file only B/W. set to auto color already.

try setting full colour

the machine will default B&W off the first pages colour i believe, so if page 1 has no colour the whole doc will be in b&w

believe thats your issue
