[Misc] Blank Page detect detct a blank page when

Hi

I have a problem with MPc 4503. IT DOESNT detect a blank page when i scan, blank page detect option is on. do you have any information about this issue.

I have some clarification if copying some original have both side image some original has single side. Machine full contract.
Customer not paying for blank sheet .Any posibility in ricoh machine can get the counter for blank sheet. Please let me know.

Not sure for Ricoh, for Sharps you can turn on blank page count (it is infact turned on as default, but we turn it off).

Otherwise, you may have to look at paper tray counts and DF counts, and charge accordingly.

I've seen some PJL commands that is supposed to be loaded in the printer driver as well

Blank page detect is only for the first page on a Ricoh. In fax and scan it detects if you have put the original in upside down.
