Cost Factor Sheet (CPP/CPC) information SP 4510

my salesman is looking for the CFS on the SP 4510. I know, I know.

he showed me one for another machine, he 'thinks" he got it from TRSC, but unable to locate one for this model. I have scoured google and trsc and e-resource but no luck.

anyone know where I can find this?

those doc's come from the "service managers portal" that Ricoh has. You only get that access granted if you are considered part of the management team for your dealership......... if your ricoh direct they have other avenues to this info..........................

Be carefull with printing costs of SP4510 because drum counter counts in the strange way. For instance when you print single pages the counter clicks a few times but when you make series the counter cliks 1:1.
So, if you give with contract you can loose a bit.

Fortunatelly it is possible to reprogram drum eeprom with fresh content (I mean from new drum) and use one 2-3 times again.
