Ricoh Pro C 900s thin paper J 037

Hi,

Getting this code J 037 when working with thin paper 60 gsm. It sticks to IBT Belt just above the transfer roller, then curl and never reach fuser.Sometimes gets in the belt cleaner.
Vacuum works good, also increased value for separation, but have the same problem.
Customer jobs are almost all on 60 gsm paper.

Try using the paper catalog and picking a similar paper by weight.........................unless the media used is actually in the paper catalog........
