Hi.. A MP1600le recently installed & connected to computer, done around 15k copies is displaying service code "928". manual says its a "memory error". My question is ... is this a common failure? Are the manual options the only options available?
Also is there a possibility that a computer virus can transfer to the copier memory making it defective?
