    MP4000 file delivery

    Hello!
    I've MP4000.
    File delivery menu @settings/123 is empty
    Only sender name there.
    And from WIM can't surf document server.
    Anyone has an Idea?

      File delivery server settings were used for connection to Scan Server. It has nothing to do with WIM or Document Server. You might need the Fie Format Converter option to surf documents in the Document Server. Also try scanning to the document server from the scan function not the document server function.

          It was a CSS problem
          Have cleared CSS data
          Now I can surf document server from WIM
