    Mp4000 slow touch screen

    Hello!
    After uninstalling bridge unit from Ricoh mp4000
    Touch screen became very slow and may say wrong entry
    You have Ideas ?

    Have you tried calibrating ?

      Tried but it's very slow
      Like a old computer works with Photoshop :-)

        Had failing touchscreens but none becoming "slow" / either they work or they don't or they give false readings, so you can only press wrong buttons. You can use the "yellow key-1-9-9-3-5xstop" SP to test and adjust the touch panel though. If it reacts with offset/unprecise calibrating won't last since they tend to fail that way.

          Wow that's an old one. I'm actually in the process of getting a konica-Minolta replacement for that model at the hospital in my territory. Chances are you've got either an hard drive that needs reformatted and firmware reinstalled or your main board is going out. Either way it would be cheaper in the long run to junk it.
