what is the preferred SP settings for optimal performance regarding toner orders and service on the Metis series.

I think the slow down is at Ricoh's server in Japan.

If the customer has scan to email functioning you could try setting up email notification in WIM. You can setup multiple notifications

1. Notify your office on service codes, jams, toner low and PM due
2. Notify the key operator for toner out and paper out
